- Your placement of an order with us for products displayed on this website constitutes an offer by you to purchase those products from us on these terms. The order is placed when it is submitted to us. The order is accepted only when we notify you that we accept your order. For example, we might notify you that we accept your order by sending you an e-mail stating this or by displaying a confirmation within this website. If we accept the order, a binding contract between you and us will arise on these terms, and the contract may be amended only by written agreement between us and you.
- Pricing & Promotions
- The price of products will be as published on this website at the time that your order is placed. From time to time we may introduce promotions for limited periods that alter the price of any given product. We may change our published prices from time to time without notice. We are entitled to charge a delivery fee, which will be calculated by reference to the items purchased and the postal code of the address stated in the order. If a delivery fee applies, it will be displayed on the checkout page prior to you submitting your order and itemized on your invoice.
- Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
- In order to keep your account information up-to-date, you may login into your account at any time. You will be redirected to your account page after logging in. From there, you may navigate the menu in the sidebar that contains links for helping you manage and view your information, including address information, previous orders, and subscriptions.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 30 days from the purchase date. An email is necessary in order to initiate the return/refund policy. You may choose to receive a refund if not satisfied, or you may choose a reprint. Please note if you choose to have an order redone, there will be no option for a refund on your credit card. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited to you, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges of the original print(s).
